Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Zestie is an AI cooking assistant. You describe what you feel like eating — taste, ingredients on hand, how much time you have, anything you avoid — and the service recommends a dish and generates a complete recipe for it: ingredients, equipment, numbered steps, the reasoning behind each step, common mistakes with fixes, and substitutions.

What you buy is prepaid recipe generations:

• One generation produces one complete recipe for one dish.
• Generations are sold in prepaid packs (currently 30, 100 and 300). Each pack is a one-time purchase — it is not a subscription and does not renew.
• Generations never expire and stay on your account until used.
• Already-generated recipes are free to reopen. Opening a recipe from your saved collection or from our shared recipe library does not consume a generation.

Recipes are generated by AI and provided for guidance only; always use your own judgement about food safety, allergens and doneness.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

All purchases are one-time prepaid pack purchases. There is no recurring billing, no automatic renewal and no billing period. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and are charged in full at the time of purchase by our merchant of record, which processes your card and appears on your statement.

When a payment succeeds, the generations from that pack are added to your account immediately and do not expire. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. A generation that produces a recipe cannot be returned; a generation that fails or is interrupted is returned to your account automatically.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
